if you know who the red head is then your nerd is powerful. you should all read mark waid/lenil yu's superman birthright because it's full of hot art and sad sad things.

this was done in opencanvas and photoshop.

Also, I agree with okashichan. Batman should totally say "Are you gonna cry?"

As for the sequence: the blue box-line to separate the first frame from the rest is very out of place. I suggest using the standard black and white gutter, or just a medium-thick black line. I'm also not very convinced about how you abruptly cut off the rest of Jimmy's body instead of doing a brush-down like for Brainiac.
I really, REALLY love the facial expressions. You have such a mastery over them that I can't help but feel a little what they feel. Your coloring style is, as usual, gorgeous, and your palette is always so well mixed. I mean, all the colors just "fit" and "flow" with one another.

Finally, Batman in anything is an automatic win, which reminds me, have you seen "The Dark Knight" yet?
